Return & Refund Policy

At The Legendary Gents, every suit is crafted with precision and tailored specifically to each client’s unique measurements. Because of this custom process, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our bespoke service.

Custom-Made Items

All suits and garments purchased through The Legendary Gents are custom-made to order based on the measurements provided at checkout.

  • No Returns or Refunds will be accepted on custom-made items.

  • This includes sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

We strongly encourage all clients to carefully follow our measurement guide to ensure the best possible fit.

Alteration Support

While we do not accept returns on custom garments, we are committed to your satisfaction.

If your suit does not fit properly:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue

We may offer:

  • Alteration guidance

  • Partial alteration reimbursement (case-by-case basis)

  • Adjustments for future orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace the item at no additional cost

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly:

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or changed

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 48 hours

  • Production & Delivery Time: Approximately 6 weeks

Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are final sale:

  • Custom suits

  • Custom shirts

  • Altered garments

  • Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)
