As all of our products are custom-made to your unique specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any custom items once the order has been processed and produced.

Therefore, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom suit, jacket, or other made-to-order apparel.

If you receive your custom item and there is an issue with the craftsmanship or materials, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues that may have occurred during production.
